I left my first batch in the primary for 2 weeks & went right to the keg. I've heard not to keep it in the primary longer than 3 weeks.

Okay I have a really stupid question. When you see a recipe like this, how much water do you use for the boil?

The hops themselves no. If you use a grain bag, you'll need to boil the bag and then you can put the hops in them.

Can you post that recipe for the Anchor beer? Also, I do not have a bottling setup as I went right to kegs. If I want to condition for a few months, what would be the best way to do it? Thanks, Eric

I'm in the Philly area & I don't think they actually copywrited the word. If it's the same commercial I've heard, they're saying all you need to do is order a Lager & you'll get a Yuengling.

Where are you located? You probably want to get a starter kit and then a beer kit. The beer kits include all of the ingredients you need minus the water. Look for a local homebrew store by you, if you can't find one then look to order online. I have never ordered a beer kit online so I don't...

The corny kegs themselves aren't expensive.. it's all the other things: the CO2, the regulator, hoses, etc. You can get a used corny keg for like $35. Clean it and replace the gaskets and off you go.
