    Thanks, think I´ll use carawheat. this is the recipe I came up with. 5 lbs wheat malt 3.85 lbs pilsen malt 11 oz carawheat .7 oz hallertauer (60 min) Wb-06 OG 1.051 SRM 6.5 IBUs 12.1 ABV 5.5% what do you think?

I have a modified fridge fror fermentation, i had it at 65 degrees, but 1 night I messed up and it droped to almost 40, the fermentation stoped. Next day I warmed it and the fermentation continued.     John palmer suggets, Venting and recaping bottles. What do you think about this? Wont it oxidize? Do you refill the bottles then cap againg?

    OG 1.042 FG 1.010 Yeast: Fermentis S-04 2 weeks ago, they where carbonated correctly, but had a very strong yeasty taste, so I conditioned them for 2 more weeks, The yeasty taste has mellowed out, but now there over carbonated.
