North Dakota Mass Sale of Brewing Grains, Equipment, and Ingredients

I'm trying to concentrate on school for the next few years so I'm selling most of my brewing equipment and grains/ingredients. All grains are uncrushed and were purchased from MoreBeer then stored in a tote in a cool dark place. I have a Word document with a list of everything I could send if...

North Dakota 2 Corny Keg Tap System

The kegs are not converted pin locks, they're all original Pepsi ball locks that are nicely cleaned up. The picnic taps have 10 feet of tubing each, perfect for a draft pour in my limited experience. The kegs were used for star san and one 5 gallon batch of cream ale.

North Dakota 60 Pounds Dutch Gold Orange Blossom Honey

I have a 5 gallon bucket (60lb), still sealed, full of Dutch Gold orange blossom honey that I'd like to sell. $190. That's $9.50 a quart, a heck of a lot cheaper than OB Honey almost anywhere else, especially around here! I will ship it, but the cost is considerable and probably isn't...

North Dakota Uncrushed Munich Malt for Sale --30 lbs

This is Weyermann's Munich malt, uncrushed, the cream of the crop. It was purchased from the LHBS three weeks ago and has only been opened to smell and taste the grain. I don't need 55 pounds, so I'm selling 30 pounds of it. Make me an offer per pound and we'll see what we can do! I will...

    2 Cornys, One CO2 Inlet

They'll most likely be polar opposite styles, that's my usual arrangement. Variety is the spice of life and beer I guess. Anyway, I will probably use the Carb and Wait method with two styles requiring different volumes of CO2. Most likely a Dunkelweizen and ESB. I try to keep my carbonation...

    2 Cornys, One CO2 Inlet

I would like to start kegging with cornys soon. I'll use a 4.5 cubic foot mini fridge and store the co2 container outside and run its hose inside to the Corny. However, I'll have two Cornys in the fridge, and only one will be hooked up to CO2 and a picnic faucet. Is it possible to serve...

    Honey Citrus Pale Recipe Idea--AG

Interesting. This recipe will be my first foray into non-U.K. hops. It should be fun, and I made a few minor adjustments.

    Honey Citrus Pale Recipe Idea--AG

I'm willing to alter my recipe if need be... this will be my 2nd custom recipe, my first was a cream ale that turned out pretty good. How much Citra did you use, and did it make it overly bitter? This brew is my mass appeal batch, something to give friends while I enjoy an imperial stout...

    Off bottling flavor

I just cracked open my 2nd week sample of an Irish Red extract brew. It too had "green" flavors, but it was better than it was a week after bottling. I'd say just give it time!

    Honey Citrus Pale Recipe Idea--AG

I have a plan for a recipe that would appeal to a wider range of people than my current offerings. Would this make for a nice crisp, "citrusy" brew? I've never used Citra hops before but have read up on them a little. For 5 gallon fermenter volume: 15 lbs Great Western California 2 Row 6.5...
