    Thanks guys for the info and yes it helps. I brewed 15 gal at one time for my daughters wedding and want it to be ready. Just got back into brewing after a 15 year absence. I do see more beer in my future!

    Chad, Thanks for the explination. The light bulb is coming on :p I was wondering what deg P was. You and Paraordnance filled in the gaps for what to do. So you are after the yeast that is left on the bottom and you remove (decant) most of the liquid off the top. I think I got it. Thanks

    Thanks for the advice. I am going to assume that a healthy amount of yeast would be the vile from WL or the Wyeast pouch? Or are you talking more than that?
