Thanks. It's a Keg Cowboy 40 plate. Its approx. 7.5" x 4" x 3" which apparently equals .48 square meters of heat exchange area.

I'm in Silver Spring, 20910. looks like an hour or so from Chesapeake Beach. The frame on the bottom is removable, and it has heavy duty casters on it. it rolls fine completely full. I have a bunch of tap handles as well that arent listed, but i'll sell those too if your interested.

It looks like 1 5 gallon and 1 6 gallon glass carboy. The burner is the Bayou classic SQ-14

the March pump is not stainless. but comes with a nice stainless ball valve and fittings. Definitely want to try and do as much locally as possible. But it seems like UPS is dropping off a dozen packages from amazon every day with holiday stuff, so if i see any appropriate sized boxes...

I do this all the time, and I have never had a problem. If your sanitation is good, there shouldn't be anything to worry about. I've gone longer than 24 hours several times when i couldnt get the tempt down, and then work or other things kept me away for another day. I stopped using my plate...
