Why isnt anyone building basic electric control boxes?

I'm talking out both sides of my mouth because I feel like with all the demand I should learn to build a basic one or two pid panel at the same time I just want to buy a pre made one and avoid the headache. Seems like a guy could make some dough building and selling them.

There is an insane amount of information on electric builds here thanks to all you fine folks. I do however have a few questions. The amount of information is overwhelming. I want to build a simple (relatively speaking) ebiab rig. I have a converted keg that I will be using and I also have...

I have read that about the temp thing, though I don't know why it would be any different. Adjusted my ambient temp accordingly though.

    Finally got a conical!

It's all stainless, I'm not sure where he got the conical itself but he built a simple stand out of a really big piece of PVC. It holds about 7.5 gallons total.

    Finally got a conical!

A co worker of mine used to be big into brewing and held on to a few things when he stopped, thinking he would start again. Well, he finally decided to sell the rest of his stuff to me, and among LOTS of odds and ends, was a conical he had made. First batch goes in tomorrow:)

Toying with the idea of brewing a semi-sour beer for my wedding, then aging. help

I have never brewed a sour beer, I realize that most of them take years to really come into their own, which I think would work very nicely with an anniversary. My plan is to brew something like 15 gallons of a beer that will be drinkable in a few months (what that is im not sure), pull off 5...

    Belgian strong fermentation woes

Sounds like you might be checking with a refractometer but not compensating your fg for the alcohol? If not it will give you a false reading.
