    How long, brew to bottle to glass

    Yup kinda hard to say. Keep in mind if you are bottling and your carbing temps are on the lower side it will take longer. Mine are carbing at 63 but im in no hurry for those. Got a little pipeline going.

    To boil LME or not to boil LME?

    This may be why most of my batches done at full boils seem to have a same taste to them. I have started making my own reciepes now and ive been using DME instead of LME.     Thank you, thats what I thought. I remember hearing about why dry hops were done. To protect the beer from spoiling.

    I plan on dry hopping my first time. My beer has compleated fermintation, would I still ve okay to dry hop without getting infection? Could I add hops to boiling water then drop in to dry hop? Or is that off the wall?

    Yeah im aware of the starters but I did not expect to get that big of a OG on that. Was my forst beer without a kit. And as for software i currently dont have a pc. Im using my ipod touch on wifi for HBT.
