    Too much water in primary- Can I add some DME?

    Yup i did the same thing yesterday endud up with a 6 gallon batch instead of 5. Im not worried about it tho im sure it'll be just fine, usually all my batches are like 4 to 41/2 do to trub loss ect.

    I guess it would all depend, ido extract if I run a og of 1.060 then a fg of 1.013 or so i end up with a tad bit above 6%abv.

    Find what you want to brew. Do a search for it either on google or HBT, find a receipe that sounds good too you. And you can always alter it for your own needs. If your into IPA's there are severial ways to brew them and easy. Im assuming your doing extract right? Edit: have you already...

    Yeah so far it finished up been carbing for 3 weeks or so (?) in my basement at 63 bit on the cooler side. The beer is very drinkable but its pretty sweet dont really care for it. But im sure if they last a wile they might tast better in a few months. But I'll probably drink them all by then :)...

    Keep it at room temp for 2-4 weeks, but by all means its your beer drink it. I would not fridge it till after 3 to 4 weeks. The fridge will slow down bottle conditioning.
