    I'm glad I read all the way to the bottom, because that's what I was going to say... (dinnerstick, spetri) Ginger Beer should NOT be made with yeast... search google to grow your GBP without adding yeast, the wild ginger yeast and bacteria that will grow naturally is prime for making ginger...
