I just want to drink it and i still have like 4 weeks left. No wonder why everyone just keeps brewing more batches. I only have room for one more so i better get that one brewing soon. I think ill have a beer to take my mind off the beer

im using safale 05.i can easily keep it at 65-68 but 72 might be harder to achieve without a heating device.im in no rush so i will keep it in that range.i was thinking primary for 3 weeks total. that should be plenty of time to finish

so do you think i should keep it at 63 where it is at or should it be a little warmer while they finish there business.next batch will be in a swamp cooler so i dont have to be so paranoid.i love this though.its a lot of fun constantly monitoring it
