13. Waiting for new brewing supplies to arrive via mail.
14. Waiting for my LHBS to open early in the morning, because I stayed home drinking home brew the day/night before and then was to lazy to go.
I was hoping to have one done by Christmas/New Years. I see a ton of pumpkin ones, stouts, Jubelale, etc. I was looking for something a little different or one someone highly recommends for the up coming winter season. I'm open to try anything .
So I ordered a new Kettle and it still hasn't come yet. The supplier says it was shipped out the end of last week. I've been holding off on brewing until it arrives, so I have been looking for a good all AG recipe to brew in it when it does finally come.
Has anyone gone through this or did...
JSSTR8 -- did you end up brewing this recipe? If so, how did it turn out?? I'm looking for a good 5g AG Rogue Yellow Snow recipe to brew this up coming season.
If anyone else has a Rogue Yellow Snow Recipe please reply it would much appreciated.

Woke up this morning.... I mean afternoon from drinking a lot last night. Anyway I'm drinking FLAT Diablo Rojo from Bone Yard Brewery in Bend, OR. I can't dump it..... right? So hair of the dog.
I would pull the batch out of the fridge and wait another 2 weeks or so. As DannyD said you'll be waiting even longer if you keep in. When I bottle it typically takes about 3 to 4 weeks to have a descent carbonated brew.
Just my 0.2.
I'm thinking of brewing this beer, but I have a few questions before I fully decide. I hope someone or even a few folks can help.
1> How long should this recipe condition/age before bottling?
2> I see this recipe calls for 2 packs of S-04. Are both packs added at the same time or split up...
Going back to the original post. "straining my wort into a sanitized bottling bucket and transferring to primary via the spigot." Seemed like a lot of extra work to aerate. When your already pouring wort over the added water in your carboy or bucket....... your aerating at that point and not...
I only aerate when I do AG as almost all the oxygen has been boiled out. You can aerate partial mash or extract kits there's nothing wrong by doing that its just an extra step, cleaning and time. Plus to aerate I would use a pump with an air stone for about 20 min.
