    Not the OP, but a friend of mine did a pineapple & coconut IPA. turned out pretty awesome. A little strong on the coconut but solid AF. If it was me, I'd go Citra/Mosaic Possibly Nelson Sauvin as well, with a light malt base, maybe a hazy style?? half a kilo of Coconut (fresh, toasted) not sure...
