Well according to Mosher's chart 30min @ 350f should put you at "deep amber" @ about 75 loviblond. Sounds a little dark but that's what the book says.

I am part of a veggie co-op and just got some poms, my first thought was to brew with them. I fear the flavor may get washed out and just turn tart. Had same problem with a strawberry I made. How many poms are you thinking? I thought about 4lbs of just fruit (seed) once ferm is done.

For the most part I will be building them at during down time and at lunch. So it won't cut into my brew/personal time. I was thinking about marking them up x1.25. I love building things, brewing and money so I feel likethis might work out for me. Bobby, I gotta ask.... How? =D

Problem: I don't know how muchto charge. Labor aside I can make a chillerfor 25-30 but he will mark it to sell.Howmuch do I mark up to still make a little money and still keep it reasonable for people to buy. Should I just ask him?
