recipe help: tart peach cobbler beer

I have seen people report US05 throwing peach at the lower end of it's temperature range, cannot say I have experienced this but another aspect of your beer to think about.

Bootleg Biology | MTF Funk Island Mega Blend

Yeah I got a pouch as well, probably will brew up some really fermentable wort similar to what RPh posted above and toss it in and see what's what. Plan on keeping it around since it is so unique.

Bootleg Biology: Mad Fermentationist Brett Saison

It was pitched from a 2L starter fresh pouch, had fermentation activity as normal for a week and it died down, I dropped 4lb of dried cherries and some TYB207 brett in it and let it sit for another month. Not a huge deal a little disappointing but honestly this will likely make the beer more...

    Bennington Summer Homebrew Festival

https://www.bennington.com/summer-homebrew-festival Just bought my tickets and AirBNB. I figured I'd put this up here for anyone in the area with a free weekend. Normally I hate these types of events but if I'm drinking homebrew instead of the run-of-the-mill craft beers I'm in 100%.

When Is It Considered a Sour?

Never done a lager and have no temperature control so ordered this in the pre-sale today along with some funky stuff. I'm pretty excited to try it.

Bootleg Biology: Mad Fermentationist Brett Saison

Well, I got 83% attenuation out of this, a little disappointing as it went from 1.076 to 1.012 for 8.4%. These numbers don't include the fruit addition but it was dried fruit so it may be a tad higher than that. Wasn't expecting this blend to poop out with a starter on this size of a beer, not...
