Blonde Ale Miller Lite (Really Triple Hopped)

I have to get around to making another batch of this in a couple weeks, great to have on hand for summer.

    Hard lemonade / Skeeter 4 Summer 2019

Just threw together another batch of this, used 6 limeaide cans and 4 pink lemonaide. Pitched kveik yeast and she is blowing off rotten fruit throughout the house.

    Bootleg Biology Aurora Kveik

Pitched a very small amount of this into a Limeaide brew, had an issue with the vial and lost like 95% of the yeast, still started kicking in two days and is ripping strong now. Rotten orange smell overtaking the entire house.

    Pedio "Sickness"

I admire your patience, I didn't even think of just letting it turn to vinegar.

What I did for beer today

Whipped up some limeaide with kveik yeast. Sloppy transfer woah this stuff is sticky, crikey.

    What are you drinking now?

Three carts. Brewed up 4 gallons of HB limeaide with Kveik, ill be sipping one poolside in no time.

    What are you drinking now?

Yeah I do need to start dipping my toe into the HB trades sometime soon, maybe after summer. I gotta get the pipeline (and the beers) more consistent. I do lurk in there and drool over all the goodies you guys are sharing. I'll keep some of these around for trading for sure.

    Starter from harvested yeast

Above is basically what I do as well. I don't harvest yeast and instead overbuild my starters and then save some of the extra for next time, this way there is no need for washing or dealing with trub etc in your saved yeast and/or starter.

    What are you drinking now?

    Oh sure let’s have another.

    What are you drinking now?

8.5% Dark Saison with cherries. Only ten days in the bottle but wow the yeast blend really knocked this one out. In a month or a year it’ll be even better.

How many beers in your stash?

I only bottle and I like to have a solid 2-3 beer rotation available at any one time plus side projects. There is an "archives" where I keep the last of previous batches for posterity and aging but every two weeks keeps me in OK shape unless I do a couple that like to age back-to-back.

    What are you drinking now?

Tasty. Light, wine is too subtle for me off the first sips.

    What are you drinking now?

Yeah yeah I know ABInBev and the annoying chick from beerland but I dig the cart.

    Pedio "Sickness"

From everything I have looked at it must be something along these lines. Sampled one bottled and dumped. Good learning experience for sure.

    What are you drinking now?

Brew a blonde drink a blonde. Circle of life boys stay cool out there.

    Pedio "Sickness"

So I posted this in the Tepache thread but I figured this would be a good place to discuss it as well. I made a batch of Tepache which uses the yeast on the skin of the pineapple to ferment a slightly alocohlic refreshing beverage. I have done a number of batches without issue. My lastest just...

    Tepache!

So I just carbed and bottled up my latest Tepache and I haven't tasted it yet but the consistency is gnarly. It has a musuc-like viscosity, not extreme but when you tilt the bottle you can see the consistency is off. Question, anybody had anything like this with a wild yeast Tepache? Maybe it's...
