    Make 'em disappear

Wow...only three. This is going to be hard. I know I'm going to cop some flack here but I just can't take U2. Never have. I find them really boring. Not a fan of Pink either. I'm sure she's a good singer and performer and blah blah blah. But doesn't float my boat. LMFAO. What was that...

    Best General Knowledge Brewing Book?

    Hydrometer reading

The link to the converter you posted is awesome thanks. I knew I was keeping daily temperatures in my brew journal for a reason. Now I've gone through and adjusted all my gravity readings and it so makes sense. Thanks again.

    I'm in love

Sure thing, sorry should've done that. It's a belgian style witbeer with a lovely light straw colour to it. Quite light on the palate. Very, very drinkable in this lovely warmer weather we have here at the moment. And it has a really lovely citrus kick to it. Wanna go home and have one now...

Australian Ale Yeast Substitute - WLP009

I know that during the seventies Coopers were the first here in Australia to supply ingredients to the homebrew market. Wether or not their products were any good or not would be up to somebody else to judge because I have no experience with it. My grandfather used to have beer bombs exploding...

    I'm in love

Guys, I'm almost certain that you guys in the U.S won't be able to get this beer but you must try, and for anyone in Australia find a way to get it. It's a witbier from a brewery local to me and I seriously love it. Craft beer has come such a long in Australia and we must embrace it, and with...
