The better brewing honey is usually 100% pure honey, filtered and unpasteurized. Much of the commercial supermarket honey is not pure, and can contain parts of the honeycomb, and many inpurities. So be careful.

Im a Beer Tools Pro user as well, and love it. I like it over BeerSmith as well. Its been a decent tool for me.

I just finished off my last one a few minutes ago (drinking my last HIPA right now). I picked up their Mardi Gras 12 pack which had 3 Circus Boys, 3 #9's, 3 HIPA's, and 3 60 Winks. I loved the #9 and HIPA most, but did enjoy the Circus Boy as well. I cant find a recipe, but the website states...

Just to put another idea on the table if you batch sparge. I have Ice Cubes, and used a Zymico Kewler Kitz with a straight Bazooka tubes. Works excellent, stays rigid, doesnt stick up, and drains perfectly. My 2 cents.

Forget the bags, pick up some cheap and reusable tea infusers. Couple bucks and you have a ready made dry hopper that will stay at the bottom of the keg, and can be used over and over.
