    Honey

The better brewing honey is usually 100% pure honey, filtered and unpasteurized. Much of the commercial supermarket honey is not pure, and can contain parts of the honeycomb, and many inpurities. So be careful.

    07.07.07 - Version II

A big rye is perfect for me. I completely love rye beers. I have a rye stout in the secondary right now, and cherry chocolate rye slated for my next brew. So for my opinion and experience: One grain that works perfect (when added in the correct amount) is black patent. Black patent adds...

    Led Zeppelin reunion?

Both completely real and alive! A Zeppelin reunion is the real myth. Plus, who would want to listen to Robert Plant trying in vain to sing any of those old songs? He can only sing low now anyway, and thats not even worth a damn. Id like to see him try to sing Hangman now...he would...

Bands such as Crowed House, Rage Against The Machine, The Police, Jesus And Mary Chain and Van Halen. The claim was simple speculation. But...

    Zen like Beer Argument

"You can’t be a Real Country unless you have A BEER and an airline—it helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a BEER." Frank Zappa

    hefe weisen question

I just finished off my last one a few minutes ago (drinking my last HIPA right now). I picked up their Mardi Gras 12 pack which had 3 Circus Boys, 3 #9's, 3 HIPA's, and 3 60 Winks. I loved the #9 and HIPA most, but did enjoy the Circus Boy as well. I cant find a recipe, but the website states...

70-quart Maxcold Ice Cube for MLT?

Just to put another idea on the table if you batch sparge. I have Ice Cubes, and used a Zymico Kewler Kitz with a straight Bazooka tubes. Works excellent, stays rigid, doesnt stick up, and drains perfectly. My 2 cents.

    Dry hopping a cornie?

Forget the bags, pick up some cheap and reusable tea infusers. Couple bucks and you have a ready made dry hopper that will stay at the bottom of the keg, and can be used over and over.
