    Lager Force Carbonation Question

    Well, the reason I ask is because I only have 2 taps, but 3 kegs. So I didn't want to use up a tap for 1-2 months while lagering. I thought I could force carb for a week, un-hook from co2 and just leave in the fridge for 2 months.

    Planning on brewing a German Pilsner soon. This will be the first beer I ever keg so... Once fermentation is complete and I rack to a keg, should I force carbonate BEFORE lagering? Do I wait until the lagering phase is complete and then force carb?

    Hey guys, Just brewed what I hope is going to be a watermelon wheat (1.051 OG). 50/50 2-row & wheat, mashed 152, hopped with Willamette, and pitched 1.3L Starter of WLP001. Fermenting at 67 deg, plan on racking over 2 lbs. of watermelon. It's been about 48 hours, and I see some krausen, some...
