Well folks... The journey had just begun! I've been scoping out craigslist for a long time now, not much has shown up of value in the NH/MA area...until today! Today I found a mostly full CO2 tank, regulator, and some couplings for $75! I think that's a good deal? Those are ball lock...

Darn I was hoping I was wrong. I won't be drinking tonight so if someone wants to jump in, go for it. If not I'll have something tomorrow afternoon.

I'm not sure how to feel about this. By far my best beer yet. It's a 3.2% saison and it's only been in the bottle 2 weeks. Great mouthfeel for the gravity. Combination of high carbs and 3711 mouthfeel proteins. The ~40% flaked adjunct probably doesn't hurt too.

I enjoy it by the pint
