LOL :rockin:
I was brewing with some friends. Actually, the hard part was getting all the grain and liquid into the MLT. We had to go to 1 quart per pound and even then it was tight!
I like roasted hatch in a light base beer. Add chiles to the secondary to get aroma and flavor. I don't like too much bitterness to compete with the chile character. I also don't want too much heat. I believe it makes the beer less drinkable.
Been a successful combination for me.
brewed a big batch of ESB with some friends. Great time had by me and I believe everyone else as well.

Do it! It doesn't have to be fancy. Maybe you know somebody who could help you put it together. Your film strip is a great idea. Now just write a 2 minute script, plot the shots and put it together.
Have somebody who knows what they are doing build it. Also, make sure it is designed right. No one wants 15 gallons of boiling water crashing down on them! But I am sure you already have that one covered.
Stainless is nice, but as you say, it is just the structure. Spend the money on...
OK, the contest is open - Sierra Nevada Beer Camp 2011. Who is making a video?
I have mine submitted and just waiting to hear back that it will be posted.
Come on folks. Don't miss your chance!
I am hoping to graft as well. There are some old orchards in Corrales, were I live. I would like to graft some of the "unique" trees we have around. One friend has a bunch of trees his granddad planted, but the varieties are a bit hazy.
