I think someone should do an old "school film strip" style public service announcement video complete with film strip sound and cheesy male voice acting!

Do it! It doesn't have to be fancy. Maybe you know somebody who could help you put it together. Your film strip is a great idea. Now just write a 2 minute script, plot the shots and put it together.
