Here's my first try just prior to stuffing them in a ziploc.. This is some 1010 I harvested from a batch of a wheat I just made. I still made a starter with the harvest. I was a bit surprised at the separation between the yeast and water and presumably glycerin mix.

Probably less issue than me anyway. With high volume use I assume you'll want to change out tubing periodically as well. I haven't found keeping the line cold to be critical. I purge the pressure from the keg and repressurize at a few PSI and it seems to work fine.

My Duofiller continues to mostly work well. Really the only issue I have is that the tubing takes a set when in storage and the solenoids are clamped down on the tubing. Keep in mind I can beer every few months or less often. I'd gladly order 100' of the filler tubing and just replace it...
