    I have the fermenter (keg) in a tub of Ice water and just recirculating the wort, takes about 45 min to cool down to 62

    just running a #Zymatic 3.5 gallon batch, with the draining cycles and recirculating it can take a while, but I can do other things. just hit boil temp. the whole process should be about 5 hours total, no hopstand today.

    I'll second the no secondary, and the multiple hop additions 10 days before kegging and 5 days before kegging. sometimes Ill do 1 massive dry hop 7 days out (5 days at 68F and two days cold crash)., but only if I'm feeling lazy.

    Line length also depends upon ID of tubing. Although most Kegerators/Taps are sold with 5ft tubes. 10 Ft. is a good place to start and cut down from there. In one kegerator I have 10ft and Force carb at 10-14psi depending on style (takes about a week) and then server at that pressure, no...
