I'm curious what you think of the the bottom centennial rhizome. That bottom one is just about the saddest rhizome I've seen. Has anyone bought a rhizome that showed up looking as scraggly as this? Would you call the seller?

I disagree. I do full boil with LME, temperature controlled ferments, and I still notice that underlying extract taste. I don't' know, maybe my twang is just bigger than your twang :ban:
