    Day 7 of my first brew

    That is exactly what I did. I brewed a Belgian Wheat Beer with Orange peel and coriander. put it in the fermenter at 9:00pm Used Safbrew WB-06 Yeast OG was 1.042 I had activity within an hour or so. Checked it this morning and the blowoff tube was bubbling away.:rockin:

    We get it free ! It is about $40.00 a bottle normally. One of the owners at my wife's company makes vodka and rum that is carried by Spec's Liquor Stores here in Texas. No cost to us !! :ban:
