    Kegco 199 or edgestar kc2000?

    ASide from price, which kegerator is better quality wise, maintenance wise, etc? The edgestar kc2000 is 294 in a scratch and dent shop, the kegco is about 450 but not scratch and dent. I could care less about cosmetic issues, as long it pours beer. Any opinions?

    So im deploying for a year pretty soon. Good thing comijg out of it. The inlaws will let me ferment...so im doing a 5gal batch of apfelwein, and one batch with 3gal apple juice and 2gal cranberry juice!! Should i use 2 lbs of sugar in the cranapfel batch as well or more or less? Its gonna age...

    Lol i was thinking it was a contest. How cool would that be? Lol but yea even the cap said twist off, like the other twist off caps, so when i tried to twist it off and i just jurt my hand, i was like WTF. Thats weird...date and lot number were the same on all bottles, so not sure about this

    Got a sixer of shocktop raspberry wheat. Not a bad beer. Thing is, shock top uses twist offs, 5 of the bottles were twist top and one was a pop top, when the cap sais twist top on it. Someone ever have that happen? Bottles were identical besides the poptop top.

    GOt some white labs liquid yeast. First shot w the liquid yeast. Its in the fridge now. And it seems to have separated from solids and liquids. Is this normal? If i shake it, it mixes again. I assume this is normal, but figured id check

    This kit came with specialty grains(coriander seed) and pellet hops. They are not in a meshbag. The only thing in the meshbag was the white malt. It says to dump specialty grains and pellet hops at certain times of the boil which makes sense. But no bag just straight dumb into the pot and let...
