    And here is what I brewed yesterday. Belgian Strong Ale 6 kg of Pilsner malt 1 kg of light DME 0.5 kg of table sugar 0.3 kg of acid malt (hard water treatment) Aramis hops to the tune of 35 IBU, 60 grs early addition only. 1080 to around 1014 ish 8.7% abv predicted.
