How can I clean the bottom of my turkey drier after I burned it. Yesterday on my second brew of the day I put LME in after sterling grains and some must have sat on the bottom and burned. Not sure how as I.kept storing but it did. Will that also affect my brew any?

Oh crap. A few too many Oberon's while brewing today. First Maple Wheat Ale went good but an hour after I finished this brew tonight I found a 1 lb bag of sugar left over. Forgot to add it with the LME. Am I screwed? Can I add it now or what do I do.

I have heard people say they squirt/spray the boil up foam at the hot break to knock it down. I have starsan in a squirt bottle for spraying things down real quick while boiling. Can I just use that or should I have aanother one with just water?
