    Brewed this last Friday. Started at 1.054. Used a big starter, kept temps in the low at the start, then up to low to mid 70's. checked gravity yesterday, and it was at 1.002. Tastes great so far! I added some coriander and bitter orange to give it a bit of extra flavor. I used WLP568. No stall...

    Storm damage.

    So, update since the initial storm. Everything seems to be growing quickly and back to full strength. Since mid June, growth has been fast and furious. I'll need to extend my pole system soon. I underestimated how much they'd grow!

    Hello! I am hoping that someone can share some wisdom about the proportions of purée to beer. I just brewed a #9 clone, but in the CYB recipe, Jamil used extract and not fruit. . I plan to do 5 gallons with extract but wanted to rack the other 5 onto purée. Anybody have a words of advice...
