    52 Hrs .... and no bubbling?

    I cooled the wort to 70° F and then sprinkled the yeast in, then stirred it. (this was done according to the Brewer's Best directions).

    It's was a packet of dry yeast "nothingham"." It has been fermenting in a stable 64 degrees. And still bubbling g good as of a few minutes ago.

    update .... about 72 hrs and it is now bubbling pretty good. Hopefully this is going "good" since it took so long to start.

    Anyone do a DIY Beersicles project yet?

    I've been looking at the beer chillers aka the Beersicles ... and wonder if anyone has made their own and if so how (out of what and any instructions involved)? I"ve looked at this one that looks nice in quality (but pricey)...

    I really like your tips eadavis80. And RM-MN I did use Nottingham yeast on this batch, so everything sounds like I'm good at this point. Thanks for the feedback and tips guys ... can't wait to taste these beauties. :-)
