Well i got my lines all ran and my burners hooked up. I wanted to do a test boil to try some things out and see how long it takes to get to a boil with what i got. Im still waiting on my ball valves and camlocks so i just used a cap. I did about 11 gal and brought it to a nice boil about 215 ish...
