Virtually identical but it has a 2 gallon reservoir vs, Ss Brewtech's 3 Gallon. I wonder if that makes a difference.

Does anyone use 6-row malt any more? I haven used it since I first started brewing in the 1990's. Is there a flavor difference? Besides having more enzymes is 6-row pale malt better suited for certain beers over others for flavor? Richie

I would love to brew a clone or something close to it. The last recipe looks decent. I would up the 2 Row a but and Mash between 148 and 150. I think I would also sub in some Munich for a bit more Malt flavor and body. I would love to do 10 gallons and ferment 5 gallons with a British Ale...

Just put then in the garbage!! Don't worry about them exploding especially once in the garbage can poke a few holes in them with a knife. Next time brew the day before garbage pick up!! :)
