Actually I never completely welded the bottom welds on the upper surface! You could probably see that in the vids I just posted last night in the general beer... I always told myself that I would get around to it but by then I was brewing on it already! And the dang frame is plenty strong enough...

Here's my point... Unless you are trying to blast your wort through 50' of 5/8" garden hose or something (I don't know what the deal is really), the March works perfectly for brewing applications. Jebus, most, including me, can chill down an 11 gallon batch from boil to 65 in about 10-15...

Actually, let me be the first in this thread to simply call BS. I have had the LG's running my reef tanks for dang near half my life now. Dang nice pumps they are I'll say, but to imply that the March sucks for brewing shows me you are using it wrong.

Let me introduce you to the most brewer friendly, most useful clampage device in earth history; especially great for clamping silicone tubing. Tie-wraps. :)

Ha! I forgot about that. When the UPS falla handed me the box I about freaked out at the weight. I thought I had bought a box of bricks!

Keep in mind fellas, just take the black vinyl off of the probe with a small file or sandpaper and they fit any thermowell just fine...
