    To Perlick or Not to Perlick - That is the $200 question

    I use stainless shanks and perlick crome faucets. The shanks were only a few dollars more for stainless, so i figured why not. Works great, no sticking, and I saved $20 per tap.

    Anyone trying part-open fermentation?

    I use a brute trash can to ferment in just put the lid on no seal or any thing. I brew about every 10 days and transfer to kegs durring the mash. Works great and was cheaper than buying 3 buckets for 15gal batches

    Beer Labels

    Ya the ones around here are shrink wrapped. but I was thinking they might still ship the paper label ones to some parts of the world were they can be cheaper and less flashy with the labels.

    Well i didnt have foam in the lines but big bubbles with beer on each side of of bubbles. They were all threw out the line.

    My foam problems were from the liquid side o ring under the poppit. It was damaged. Changed out and pours great again.

    Fermentation bucket for 10-11g batch

    Hi I've been using a brute trash can lately. Have a 20gal picked it up at home depot for around $20. It isn't airtight but I brew just about every weekend and transfer to kegs after a week.

    Hi haven't seen this yet. Turns out if you have Google chrome there's a Qr generator app that's free. I Installed that and made a dynamic Qr code, printed off code to see if it would work and shazam, digital keg tracking. Install qr reader app on smartphone, and it takes me to what ever i wrote...
