Curious...what do you mean by 'in the freezer now?' Do you kill your chickens and freeze them once they stop laying eggs and get a new batch? I ask because I intend on getting chickens one day.

I did an oatmeal stout as well, an extract kit which I purchased from my LHBS and it ended at 1.021. I hear that extract batches sometimes halt at the 1.020 range because of infermentable sugars, however No guarantee this is the case.
