Didn't mean to throw you off track with the long conditioning period. This is a 7% ABV ale and is good out of the gate but really improves if I can make it last 3 months or better in the keg.

No one has got it yet. This is a bjcp style homebrew, low flocc yeast and picture is at one week in the keg. It should clear up some and keep getting better over the next 3+ months.

Yeah..my neighbor picked this up for me and I'll be sending it back to him full of homebrew. We got a good thing going. If you ever get down as far as San Rafael, let me know and I'll share some good beer. That growler went down too fast! Now Into my Citra....good follow up to Simcoe.

I just got a few of them myself, from my brother who lives near the bruery. Like the red, very complex flavors but not too much if you know what I mean. I haven't had any others. Enjoying my hb Saison. What else you got?

Yeah, 10 gallon cooler. Pushing the limit with 24# of grain. I had to go with 1.25 qt./ lb. this time. I'm brewing marcb's Belgian Tripel and will be adding about 5#s of sugar to the boil. And on to a HB blonde. Here's to Sunday, may it never end.
