    Orange wheat?

I'm doing something similar this weekend with tangerines, although adding to a keg instead of secondary. My plan is to zest and peel the tangerines, steep the zest and fruit in a bag in a 1/2 gallon of water at 170, let cool, and add it all into the keg before racking the beer onto it.

    Easy Wide Mouth Bubbler Modification

Do the big mouth bubblers still have issues with the top not properly sealing due to no gasket?

Serving higher carbed Belgian Tripel from balanced system

My system is balanced with 4' of 3/16 lines for serving at 12-13 psi. Any suggestions for serving a belgian tripel, which needs ~ 20psi to carb up to the recommended 3.3v? Thanks Andy

    Blood Orange Hefeweizen

Any thoughts on adding the oranges to the primary after fermentation is complete, or alternatively adding them to the keg in as bag and racking the finished beer on top?

Belgian Tripel Belgian Trippel (2006 World Beer Cup Gold Medal: Dragonmead Final Absolution clone)

Finally got to try this beer last night. In a word: AMAZING! By far my favorite beer I've brewed to date. Sadly I don't think my 5 gallon batch is going to last very long. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe and all of the discussion in this thread.

    So who's brewing this weekend?

I brewed the base of what's going to be a Tangerine Wheat for SWMBO First time taking the brewing equipment on the road and doing a group brew at a friend's place. Here are a couple of pictures of the fermenter heading home and the yeast happily doing their job the next day

[Version 2 Release] RaspberryPints - Digital Taplist Solution

Fixed it - apparently some things are case sensitive. Needed to use RaspberryPints and not raspberrypints.

[Version 2 Release] RaspberryPints - Digital Taplist Solution

First off, thanks to everyone involved in creating, updating, and discussing RaspberryPints. I spent a bit of time yesterday getting it up and running on my laptop with the help of the http://bernerbits.github.io/ras-pints-without-pi/ thread. Being that I have no coding experience...

Keg Now or Wait Another Week

I brewed a Belgian Triple 2 weeks ago and was planning on leaving in primary for three weeks then kegging. Made a 2 step starter and the yeast did their job in a hurry (WLP 500). OG was 1.082 and is now 1.010. Started fermentation at 65 and slowly ramped up to 72. Is there any benefit to...

    Corney Kegging Commerical Beer

Thanks for this thread. I was having major foaming issues from a sanke since my system is balanced for cornies. I saw somewhere in another thread that the dip tube on the commercial 1/6 sanke's is much wider. In 10 minutes the beer was transferred into my corny and all is once again well...

    Kitchen Taps

No lines or anything around the hole to be concerned about. You shouldn't have any problems at all if you're increasing the hole to about 2". I can't speak to anything bigger than that. Yes - used a hole saw. Since there's already a hole, there's nothing for the hole saw arbor to grab on...

    Kitchen Taps

Thanks The taps come out a little further than it appears in the pic. A pint glass fits perfectly underneath. Would have liked to have a bit more room, but SWMBO balked at making the tap area any taller and I wasn't going to push my luck.
