Well that makes sense, I'll try that next time. Thanks Hector but why doesn't that affect all grain batches? I'm hoping to move up to all grain within a few weeks when I get a new house and more room to work with.

I missed that last post, I've been adding it all at once at the beginning. I've heard it may be better to split but I didn't think that had an effect on fermentation I thought it was just for hop utilization.
