It's a staple of theirs nowadays and one of my faves. They do say to drink it fresh...

I remember them in their infancy (when I could still drink IPAs). Their quality has never missed a beat, and the restaurants have been worthwhile destinations. We are fortunate enough to be within walking distance to their Salinas pub and a very short drive to the brewing facility.
