Kinda funny thing happened as I was reading through this thread... Got a call from SWMBO telling me there's a beer emergency back at the house. The hazelnut brown I brewed on Sunday had blown through the airlocks on both carboys. Beer was everywhere, huge mess. I walked her through the blow...
