    Yeah, I figured pitching the whole starter would be fine. I do think that she's done with fermentation (no more bubbles in the airlock) but I'm going to be pitching in about 4-5 hours so maybe letting it keep on spinning is best?

    I grew up in West Sussex, and spent a lot of time in Gales pubs, on both sides of the bar :) After a long night we'd refer to HSB as Highly Silly Brew!
