    Pineapple beer recipe?

I took a wit recipe, added 2 whole ripe pineapples to secondary and used WB-06, made a great pineapple beer. A friend's GF ensured it didn't last more than 2 months. I would suggest adding something like honey malt to recipe to retain a good amount of sweetness behind.

Eh 55 isn't enough to kill it, maybe slow it down or hibernate but once it's back up you should be fine.

I'll be there Felipe, but not brewing, I don't have a propane set up or anything like that. I'll try and bring hef version 2.0 by if I can get some CO2 in it, but my tank is empty.

Still bitter huh Chris? Also how is extract more boring? We spend most of the time drinking anyway and arguing over which thermometer is accurate.

Who is our Celebrity / Pop Culture Craft Beer Champion?

Sorry I think Mike Rowe is far too everyman to pitch craft beer. To keep that image I think he's more likely to say "it's Miller Time", than "make mine Stone IPA".

    WLP400 and sulphur

Huh that's a little longer than I would normally expect that smell to stick around. But i would still give it some time and see what happens.

Blue food coloring should work, but the thing you want to make sure of is whether you like the taste of citra or not. It's unique and need to make sure it's what you're looking for.

Dude Chris you are going all out. I'm just happy i got my gas cylinder hooked up to my keg. Sadly the hefe inside has the most ridiculous sulfur smell so that ain't getting touched any time soon.

Damn I'm sick of this heat

I know exactly what you mean, I shouldn't have to run my AC in december to keep my apt at 75.
