I agree with Yopper, I have done a ton of Ipa's lately, I use them to bitter, and then combo them with cent, and cascade. If you dry hop with them and cas, they seem to come across with a citrus taste, which I love....great hop in my mind

That's great you found a good place to order from. Most of us in the States have no idea what you paid for everything, or how much you recieved. What does 1 pound = in US dollars? Also grams vs oz? I could look it up, but I'm sure some on this board knows the anwser in there head.

I would add some extra extract at bottling time, otherwise the vanilla flavor will be over powered. I brought some some good stuff from mexico, make sure you find a quality brand. If you keep it the way it is, I think you will be hard pressed to detect the vanilla at all. It really depends on...
