Thanks! I will try crushing the grain finer. I do check mash pH and experiment with different mash temps. And my temps should be correct. I brew on a Brew Magic by Sabco and I rarely have efficiency problems unless I brew this beer, which I still got 70% efficiency, but I usually get 78-80%...
