    True Brew Maestro series IPA kit

    On 4/07 I brewed my first batch, the True Brew IPA kit. I followed the instructions perfectly, the O.G. was 1.060 (expected beginning gravity was supposed to be 1.050 - 1.052 but I took it when the wort was a little warm I think) Final gravity was 1.019 I think. Expected was 1.012 - 1.014...

    Missed Secondary Fermentation Date, do it anyway?

    Thanks guys. I asked Northernbrewer and they said a 1.010 - 1.016 gravity would be the normal range of expectation. Dunerunner, this recipe calls for no dry hopping.

    Hi All, I'm brewing my second batch, the Houblonmnstre Tripel IPA. On 4/19, brew day, I hit 1.081 for the O.G. The recipe indicated a 1.082 target. Today is 5/11 and I have a gravity of 1.02. I was supposed to transfer to a secondary maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. I forgot about doing that...
