    So I went to my LHBS and asked for some imperial yeast. The guy who runs the shop says "I don't have any on hand.. well, actually, hang on", and comes back out with a box of Imperial yeasts that are from late 2020/early 2021. He said that they had been out of the refrigerator for "a few days"...

    New post a picture of your pint

    Maris otter and mosaic SMASH pale ale.. wound up looking like a hazy IPA, likely because I used imperial citrus. Delicious!
