So living in Austin makes it difficult to brew in the spring/summer, especially living in an apartment. I am looking for a mini fridge of sorts that would fit a 5 gal bucket/ or 5 gal carboy. Most of the ones I come across have some sort of space restriction one way or another. Has anyone found...
Both work fine, seems that most people use corn sugar. My local HBS (AHS) just hands out little priming packets of corn sugar (for 5 Gal batches) for free if you just ask them.
the bucket with the spigot is your bottling bucket. the other bucket is your primary, while the 5 gal carboy is your secondary(should you choose to use it)

I am about a week into my first brew, and am planning to bottle here in about a week. I was wondering which was a more sure fire method to ensure carbonation during the priming and conditioning stages, a solution or filling each individual bottle with sugar.
