    Yes, I've used a DO probe when I worked at a lab that had one, and determined this was the optimum point. I'm not sure you can kill yeast cells by over oxigenating it, though. And as a matter of fact, I tested for viability and was over 99.5% everytime. I'm not using a stir plate because...
