Well, styles of pizza vary almost as much a beer. You have spicy pizza, fruity pizza, meaty pizza, veggie, garlicky, white sauce, red sauce, cheesy, ect.
Hmmmm...I would say most IPAs go good with pizza ;)
I just did the same kit. It spent 2 weeks in the primary and has been in the bottles for 4 weeks. The beer is just now coming around. FG never got down 1.014. It stopped at 1.020. I think I should have left in the primary longer to cut back on the bottle conditioning time.
Two beers do make me drowsy sometimes. I notice I start to "wake up" at about the 4 beer mark. Hard liqueur has never slowed me down until around the 10 shot mark. I just think alcohol has a perceived reverse effect of a depressant at higher amounts.
