1 gallon of Roxbury Russet and Newtown Pippin blend. SG is 1.064 with a wild ferment. 1,038 + 1 = 1,039

Will do. Just pressed the last of the russetts and the stuff was the color of lemonade even though the SG was 1.066. Wish I could have left them on the tree a week longer but that freeze was bearing down on me.

I wish. The Dabinetts and Northern Spy are from NH, the rest are urban apples from metro Boston.
